In-Office & Depot Service and Preventative Maintenance Service includes:
- Work completed by trained and certified service technicians
- Thorough preventative maintenance and general cleaning
- Complete troubleshoot/diagnostic inspection, including specific inspection of Scanner Unit, Laser Unit, Fuser Unit and Paper Handling Assemblies.
- Full report on unit status; written estimate of needed repairs.
- Unconditional guarantee on all work and services performed.
- Return UPS ground by QLS Solutions Group on depot work (outside our service area in Western New York)
- All office repairs are done on-site or a loaner is provided.
