If possible, please return items as soon as you can.
Write the reason for your return on the back of your packing slip. Enclose the slip in the carton, wrap the package securely, and send it to the address on the back of the packing slip.
If you do not have your packing slip, please include the reason for return, along with your name, e-mail address, and phone number (so we may call you with questions) and send the package to the following address:

Our returns center cannot process exchanges without the original item. If you have found another item on our site that you would prefer over the one originally ordered, please return the original item and place a separate order for the new item.
